Q: How much one net m2 of premises would cost to me monthly? A: 25 EUR plus 22% VAT, including rent, management fee and real estate tax for premises itself and its share in the common area.
Q: What are the smallest premises? A: Premises are made of 40 m2 net modules, so the smallest area is one modul.
Q: How much should I pay monthly for 100 m2? A: EUR 2,500 plus VAT; inside electricity, phone and Internet are paid to outsource providers according to their tariffs.
Q: How much is a foreign language speaking staff? A: Approx. EUR 700 a month, including tax and insurance.
Q: How much would amount an average monthly cost of a 100-m2 premises, including utilities, storage area, accounting and staff? A: Approx. EUR 4,000 plus VAT.
Q: What are average monthly sales of one tenant? A: Depends on brand’s awareness in the market; cash-and-carry sales of an average tenant amount to approx. EUR 30,000; sales made by tenant’s sales representatives out in the market can make a multiple of that.
Q: What is a term of lease contract? A: Tenant’s rights and rental costs are fixed and secured for 5 years.
Q: Is it possible to terminate the contact before due date? A: Yes, it’s possible to terminate on completion of a 3-year term.
Q: Do I have to register my company in Poland? A: Yes, in order to hire staff and issue invoices for cash&carry sales it’s necessary to register a limited liability company in Poland?
Q: How to register my company in Poland? A: It’s a matter of appointing an attorney who will conduct all necessary procedures on behalf of you.
Q: How much are attorney’s fee for registration of my company in Poland? A: Approx. EUR 1,500 plus VAT.
Q: What are other costs of registration? A: Notary, taxes etc. amount to approx. EUR 1,000 plus VAT.
Q: How to find sales representatives in Poland? A: There are highly qualified recruitment agencies to assist you on that.
Q: What is the main fashion business orientation of the Maximus Center? A: Predominantly it’s Pronto Moda; second to that are stock sales; sales of next season collections on order basis are presently minor; however, they’re the most dynamically growing to become one of major orientations in few years time.
Q: What privileges are included in Maximus’ GOLDEN FASHION PACKAGE? A: Maximus’ tenant benefit on cost-return basis from: (i) a very modern public showroom for fashion and home art shows to the capacity of 200 visitors at one time, (ii) 30,000 fashion and home art B2B database for Poland and neighbouring countries, (iii) publicity at Maximus’ catalogues, advertisements, billboards & video boards, radio spots, LCD displays, promotional events etc. (iv) e-commerce website, (v) fashion fairs and exhibitions in Poland and neighbouring countries.
Q: What promotional activities are planned for the new halls? A: A substantial marketing budget has been allocated for Grand Opening of the new halls in order to publicize them in Poland and neighbouring countries. After-opening advertising campaigns are envisaged too.
Q: When are the new halls going to be opened? A: Halls E & F will be opened in July 2009, and halls G & H are scheduled for November 2009.
Q: What is done to attract B2B buyers from other Eastern European countries? A: As visitors from those countries are subject to visa, Maximus provides them with visa invitations and reward with bonuses & coupons each time they come to Maximus and buy.
